To be empowered to transform your life, sign up for private hourly sessions or a weekly program. Sessions consist of discussions, engaging imagery, and self-reflective exercises. These interactive programs are for individuals, groups, or organizations providing services for holistic health, social, emotional, and mental wellness, reintegration/reentry, rehabilitation, restoration, as well as high schools and universities nationally and internationally.

Please note these are wellness sessions, if you have clinically diagnosed mental health challenges and are looking for guidance in ways these programs don't cover, please contact an appropriate professional best suited for your needs.

Below are the objectives and outcomes for the Dissolve Your Anchor 8-Week Program. A selection of these are included in hourly and weekly sessions depending on what’s best suited for your needs.

  • Be mindful of the development of your perceptions of self, others, and life so you may un-accept damaging lessons as truth.

  • Be aware of how to resolve painful experiences so they can no longer continue to crush your spirit and influence your unhealthy subconscious behaviors and unconscious actions.

  • Determine how to replace self-defeating, limiting, critical, and devaluing thoughts with productive logic and constructive beliefs to reduce or cease self-sabotaging behavior and build healthy habits.

  • Establish your capacity to face fears so they lose their power allowing you to ease anxious feelings.

  • Shed harmful labels that have influenced your self-esteem, identity, and inner peace so you may constructively define yourself and live your truth.

  • Know your worth in order to have the confidence to be your true self instead of what’s expected to avoid judgment, criticism, rejection, and abandonment.

  • Acknowledge your autonomy to stop reacting to life and start making choices where you’re causing the effect you want (you’re intentionally making decisions and carrying out actions to create preferred experiences and outcomes)

  • Identify your avoidance practices in order to stop procrastinating and/or hold yourself back.

  • Recognize what negatively stimulates your emotions so you may rationally and willfully react to circumstances.

  • Distinguish communication skills that harm or improve your bond with others to build and maintain healthier relationships.

  • Realize the self-care methods that offer you temporary relief for low moods and stress, as well as approaches that provide long-term overall wellness.

  • Take action to transform dreams and fantasies into reality or change procrastination into determination so you can turn “I wish” or “I will”, to “I did”, and “I am”.

  • Identify what elements are holding you back so you may liberate yourself from impediments to your happiness and purposely live a life you choose by your standards.

  • Be empowered to be the author of your own story/journey to create the life you prefer.
